지난번에 (Pacific Environment 를 통해) $302 를 받았습니다.
지난 후원금은
러시아 극동지역의 최고 변호인인 Irina Bogdan의
Khabarovsk – Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – Khabarovsk 간
비행기표를 사는데 썼습니다.
이리나(Irina)는 Khabarovsk 의 NGO ‘Ecodal’ 의 사무처장이고
여러가지 입법에 관련된 무보수자문위원으로 활동하고 있습니다.
환경영향평가검토과정에 도움을 주고
자연자원장관을 상대로 한 사할린에너지회사에 의한 러시아입법과정의 위법에 대한 소송준비를 돕기 위해 사할린에 왔습니다.

Irina is a chairman of Khabarovsk NGO “Ecodal” and she is our unpaid consultant in different legislation’ issues. She came on Sakhalin to consult us about State Environment Impact Assessment Review process and to help to prepare the appeal to Minister of Natural Resources about violations of Russian legislation by Sakhalin Energy Company (operator of Sakhalin II project).

We recieved from you (through Pacific Environment) the first transh in sum of $302. We have spent it on purchase of the air tickets Khabarovsk – Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk – Khabarovsk for the best lawer in Russian Far East – Irina Bogdan.
